Curriculum Vitae Alessia Marchione
Curious and passionate person, Alessia Marchione was born in Rome on 23 July 1980 where she still lives and where she carries out her professional activity.
Her course of studies, as well as her personal life, reflect an eclectic and dynamic character, which lead her to combine humanistic and scientific studies. After the scientific diploma and the study of the piano he chooses the faculty of Political Sciences with an international orientation that he attends at the Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, graduating cum laude with a thesis dedicated to the relaunch policy of the European Union. During his studies he moved to Madrid for a year, where he deepened the themes of international law and marketing, returning to Italy with an important professional and personal background. The Spanish experience, which she remembers as one of the key moments in her life, allows her to acquire new interpersonal skills and to develop a positive and proactive approach to problem solving.

He specializes in International Economics with Prof. Antimo Verde, who works alongside both the Luiss Guido Carli and the University of Tuscia of Viterbo as an assistant.
From 2004 to 2008 he worked at the Generali Group, initially as a salesman for the life insurance and pension products sector. Subsequently, she is entrusted with a role of greater responsibility which involves the selection and coordination of human resources, the management of relationships with consumer and corporate customers and the analysis of insurance and financial products on the market and the subsequent development of appropriate strategies for marketing.
In 2008 he left the insurance sector and took on the role of Head of Organization and Institutional Relations at the Leonardo Committee - Italian Quality Committee ( www.comitatoleonardo.it ), an association headed by Confindustria and the Trade Agency with Abroad and that deals with the promotion of Made in Italy. In particular, he follows the management of relations and communications with associates, prestigious Italian companies united by the high quality of production and their foreign representativeness; manages relations with institutions, including the Quirinale, the Presidency of the Council, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Capitol, all strategic partners for the activities of the Leonardo Committee; coordinates and monitors initiatives and projects both nationally and internationally; finally, it manages relations with the press office and communications via social networks.
In 2012, while maintaining her commitment to the Leonardo Committee, she began a new adventure in the world of training that led her to deepen the themes of personal and professional growth, considered closely related aspects in a "holistic" vision of the development of the individual. It is in this moment that he meets Giohà Giordano , Medium and Lightworker with whom he begins a new personal and professional journey.
From this journey the Giohà Giordano Academy project was born, of which Alessia Marchione is currently the Sole Director.
